Mountfield

Following the decision by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government not to call in the Mountfield decision (29 December 2016) an appeal was made by a member of ConserveBridge against this decision. The Secretary of State has now responded to a representation saying that the decision will not be reconsidered and the decision by Canterbury City Council thus stands.
